Quality control is carried out at each working process. We are able to guarantee that the tolerances on the drawing will be met with more than 90% accuracy. We also have a strict verification system with our suppliers and we audit to assure quality of all raw materials and sub-contact jobs.

Quantity process:

1. Customer supplied document and CAD. We do data checking, record and update, to insure we are using the latest CAD data to build the molds.

2. Incoming raw material inspection, steel hardness checking, and Certification records.

4. Final inspection before shipment, insuring the finished mold meets our customer’s specification and requirement, including: accessories on the mold, spare parts, packing method, all documentation and the label marks.
